Local and international donations from WEH

Two local institutions, the Bürgerstiftung community foundation and the Benild-Hospiz hospice center, were granted donations this year amounting to €1,000 each. Both institutions perform admirable work and are of particular importance to WEH as a company based in Illertissen.

As in past years, the Radio 7 Drachenkinder initiative received a donation of €2,000.

As a leading manufacturer of precision connectors and an internationally operating company, WEH was also committed to supporting a customer in India. In the spring of 2021, India was affected severely by the COVID-19 pandemic. Tens of thousands of new infections were reported every day. Hospitals were overloaded and above all there was a lack of medical oxygen to provide patients with artificial respiration.
That is why we provided our customer Taiyo Nippon Sanso lndia Pvt Ltd. with two WEH® TW54 filling connectors free of charge. This made it possible to considerably improve the daily filling volume of oxygen and help many people.
